As refeições e a zona de restauração são muito fracas. A limpeza e a higiene deixam bastante a desejar, e as zonas comuns são demasiado básicas. A limpeza dos apartamentos é medíocre ou quase inexistente. Se não levarmos toalhas de piscina, somos obrigados a comprar uma por 5 € e ainda pagar uma caução de 10 € por cada toalha. O pequeno-almoço é servido entre as 7h e as 10h, sem problemas. No entanto, às 10h01 os funcionários da cozinha começam a servir-se na mesma área destinada aos clientes, o que transmite uma imagem pouco profissional. As zonas das piscinas e o parque infantil mostram claros sinais de desgaste e necessitam de manutenção. Muito sinceramente, o único ponto positivo deste alojamento é a sua localização.

Just got back from another brilliant stay, we’ve been coming for many years and had the best time as always! Friendly staff, spacious apartments and amazing location with the beach just across the road. Pools are great and the splash park, there are also always a good selection of inflatables to choose from in the box by the pool to keep everyone entertained and saves buying any. I have to say my sons favourite part was the kids club, special mention to Lucia who is just so lovely and recognises us everytime we come! There is lots to do down at Las Dunas aswell for the children, games machines, bouncy castles, trampolines and face painting. We went half board and there was always a good selection of food and desserts which we all enjoyed and for my son too who can be a fussy eater. Overall we had the best time and already looking at getting our holiday booked for next year!!

The pool area was filthy Was never cleaned whilst we were there for the week Feces and rubbish around the pool Locals not staying at the hotel going around the pool with huge speakers and smoking weed around the pool. Not one member of staff asked them to leave.

We stayed at Mestral & Llebeig Apartments for 7 nights from 28 May as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) on a half-board basis. Check-in Our arrival coincided with a large group checking in, and with only one member of staff on reception, the process was quite slow. It wasn't the best first impression, but thankfully, things improved from there. Accommodation We were located on the quieter Llebeig side of the resort, which suited us well as our children weren't interested in the splash pool or organised activities on the Mestral side. Our first-floor one-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped for our stay. Some areas are beginning to look a little tired and could benefit from some TLC, but nothing was in poor condition. The sofa bed worked well for the children, and although the main bed was very firm, it was comfortable. The balcony was a good size and cleverly designed to offer both sun and shade throughout the day. Soundproofing could be improved, as noise from neighbouring apartments was noticeable, particularly chairs being moved across floors, although it was never excessive or disruptive. Pools and Grounds The resort has two pools and a splash pool. We mainly used the Llebeig pool, which was a good size and never felt overcrowded. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, even when some had been reserved. The pool surroundings were safe to walk on and not slippery, although the surface is quite chalky and can leave residue on sunbeds and footwear. General cleanliness was acceptable, but there seemed to be limited cleaning of the sunbed areas and some litter gradually accumulated in outdoor spaces over the week. We also noticed a few minor maintenance issues, such as a broken lock on a poolside toilet door and several empty soap dispensers. Food and Drink We ate breakfast and dinner at Las Dunas throughout our stay. Breakfast was fairly repetitive but offered a good selection of cooked items, pastries, cereals, fruit, cheeses and cold meats. Dinner was consistently good, with a dedicated children's buffet as well as a varied selection of salads and hot dishes that changed nightly. There was always something different to try each night, including curries, fajitas and goulash. Desserts were particularly impressive, with cakes, ice cream, fruit and even a chocolate fountain available during the week. NOTE: After hearing good things about Restaurant 55, we decided to pay the additional €12 per adult and €6 per child to try it. Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing experiences of our holiday. While there were a few extra food options compared to Las Dunas, they were nowhere near enough to justify the extra cost. The bigger issue was the service. We asked for a bottle of water and four glasses, as we had done elsewhere in the resort, but due to a language barrier this wasn't understood and we were simply given glasses of water. Later, we discovered the water had come from staff bottles, despite many other tables having bottled water. The main problem was the lack of attention from staff. After finishing our starters, our plates were never cleared. We returned with our main courses to a table still covered in used dishes, and the same happened when we went for dessert. Multiple staff members walked past throughout the meal, yet nobody cleared the table, despite other tables appearing to receive normal service. When I raised these concerns while paying, the response was disappointing. I was told that "the upgrade is for the food, not the service" and no genuine apology was offered. The manager was unavailable, and the focus seemed to be on taking payment rather than addressing the complaint. For a restaurant that charges extra and promotes itself as an upgrade, both the service and the handling of the complaint fell well below expectations. Based on our experience, I would recommend sticking with Las Dunas. Back to the apartments, there are two pool bars, with the Mestral bar serving as the main venue and offering a wider menu. The Llebeig bar appeared to open more sporadically and had limited food options. Also, to add that on the evenings the entertainment team did free face painting, which the kids really enjoyed each night Location The resort is in a quiet area with a handful of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The supermarkets were reasonably priced and well-stocked. By Las Dunas, there is an outside arcade which includes an air hockey and a pool table (There are a couple of pool tables by the apartments also) One of the biggest positives is the location. The beach is only a short walk away and is absolutely lovely. There is also a scenic coastal path with fantastic sea views, perfect for a stroll. Overall Despite a few areas that could be improved, particularly check-in and maintenance, we had a very enjoyable family holiday. The spacious apartments, good food, plentiful sunbeds and excellent location make this a solid choice for families looking for a relaxed break.

I stayed at Seth Mestral for 1 week from the 28th May. Throughout our stay the pool area was never cleaned. There was feces leaking into the pool which was only mopped up. Very unhygienic. Rubbish everywhere. The pool area and site was never cleaned until day 6 after I and several guests complained more than once to the hotel.

I stayed here with my daughter and granddaughter for a week from 28th. The pool area was in a horrendous condition. See pictures. Litter, feces and dirt all around the pool area. We complained to the hotel however they were very rude, made out we were lying. They finally cleaned the pool on our last day after several other familes complained.

My family and I have just returned from this hotel after our 3rd visit in 3 years. This is because for a young family it has everything going for it, the layout, facilities and service have been everything you would want. This year however was not the same experience. On 1 of the mornings there was bird faeces by the pool, I ended up reporting it 4 times, on 1 of these occasions I was told the maintenance man will be there soon, but he is just fixing somebody's TV. Not the correct priority for a pool with children already in it! Another guest reported the issue online in an attempt to speed up some action, this clearly worked as 3 managers arrived on the same day and began inspections of the whole hotel. On the back of this the pool area was finally cleaned, some of the accumulated litter was cleared but I still had to clear some myself. I will add that there are lots of bins provided and this wouldn't be a problem if people just used them, but it is still there job to clean up after lazy people unfortunately. The pool water was tested on the final 2 days of our holiday but hadn't been done up until this point. And then the pool itself was cleaned for the first time, we saw all of this as we overlooked the main pool. I spoke to 2 families who had needed clean bedding because their children had been sick, but were told they had already had the cleaning service for the day. Lots was being done to bring the hotel back up to standard towards the end of our trip, but there was still a lot to do, there was litter down the side of our apartment block which was there when we arrived and still there when we left. Surely it should never have been allowed to get to this point? Obviously this had not been our previous experiences, but tainted this year's holiday. However, another guest had already complained, and reviewed on here, only to be called a liar by the hotel in their response and accused of only doing a review to seek compensation. I don't know if this is the Group's response to complaints or just this hotel's?The review and response has also been removed, but families talk in these hotels! Slipping standards can be addressed, and the hotel were obviously doing that, but how you treat your customers is something that sticks. We would possibly have given them another chance, but their response has ended that. I have not been in touch with the tour operator to seek compensation, so it will be interesting to see what the hotel accuse me of. This will, unfortunately, be our last visit. I will add that despite the slipping standards, there are some very good, friendly staff at the hotel who made the holiday more palatable.

La zona es muy tranquila y perfecta para viajar con niños. Las instalaciones están muy bien.

Lo único que no me gustó fue la limpieza de nuestro alojamiento, nos dejaron el sofá cama abierto, y cuando lo cerramos vimos que el sofá estaba sucio.
