Loved everything about this hotel. Great location in a quiet part of Sanur. Only a few minute walk to the beach and loads of shops and warungs nearby. Beautiful friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable spacious room, beautiful gardens and a great pool.

The location is excellent, with the beach and shops within easy walking distance. The garden and pool area are সুন্দর and well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

The rooms feel quite worn and in need of renovation. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and hot water was unavailable most of the time. Strong fragrances are used in the rooms, likely to mask odors, but they can be overpowering. While Wi-Fi is available, the internet connection itself was not working reliably. Also, if you arrive before 2 PM, the hotel does not seem to prioritize preparing your room earlier, even if possible.

2 pools- across road from beach staff do lovely and friendly

The coffee is awful

There wasn't hot water.

La salle de bain devrait etre un peu rénovée.
