"Great location but bedding and eating areas need some work"

8.0

Location

The sheets on the bed were flannel and rough with bubbly texture which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. The place also smelt damp and musty . And nowhere to eat at a table stools and a bench is not that comfortable

"Superb"

9.0

Comfortable stay and within walking distance of town. We enjoyed it.

This nice place could sleep 4. The only thing is that the bathroom is in the bedroom so if you have people on the sofa bed in the lounge, they have to come into the bedroom to use the bathroom. Saying that, it's fine if you are a family...

Its proximity to station, a co-op and town. It was wonderful to have space and a washing machine.

"Great flat for visiting Exeter."

8.0

Really great location, near to university and to the city centre. Very well equipped with everything you would need. So much better than a hotel.

It was a very hot couple of days and the property was very hot and difficult to cool down.

"Great little well appointed flat close to everything"

8.0

Great location for Exeter City centre also 5 minute drive to the University. There is a Co-op 10m away across the road. Very well appointed with plenty of towels and a nice surprise was items like washing up liquid salt and pepper etc and the complementary cookies was a nice touch. There are plenty of mugs - I counted 20 - possibly too many? I really liked the Funky cutlery. The washer/drier came in very useful. There are ring cameras over the front door and covering the bedroom window and outside patio table area. Plenty of electrical and usb charger sockets. Generally very very well appointed - it had everything we needed. Free Parking permits provided and we didn't have any trouble finding spaces during our 4 night stay.

Being 6'4" For me the bed was too narrow and a little short. The mattress was soft memory foam which gives no edge support so I felt like was about to roll over the edge. There is also no wardrobe just half a dozen hooks on the wall with hangers. No heating in the bathroom, also the sink is too small and is overhung by a shelf so there is no way to cup water in your hands and rinse your face without dropping water all over the floor. Well done for fitting a shelf for toiletries though. Needs a fan as it only has 2 opening windows. I didn't expect the £200 breakages deposit to be required 2 days before arrival.
