Residence Valleverde

It’s a very green place in the middle of the olive trees, just 5 minutes drive from the sea. Since there is a very spacious playground, Valleverde residence is perfect for families with kids. Biagio, the owner of the place is a great host, always available and very friendly with the guests. At the residence you can buy olive oil produced by the family.

We had a studio apartment in the Villa which is situated in the olive grooves. The ambience is fantastic and the surroundings are beautiful. We loved our little terrace where we could have breakfast overlooking the olive grooves. The studio size was good for two people and washing machines were located outside the apartment (we did not use them though, but they are available). Our host gave as a small bottle of their local produce-olive oil which was very kind of them. The accommodation is just 5 minutes drive from Vieste (30 minutes walk).

We found it a bit strange that we had to pay for linen and towels separately, which was not included in the rate. Maybe I missed it in the discription (as these standard things are usually included when you booking). So we had to pay 25 euros extra for that (wasn't a big deal but came as a bit of a surprise, maybe in this region it is common for locals to bring their own bed sheets and towels..not sure, it used to be a thing 20 years ago in my home country, so we found it a bit funny).

Ottima sistemazione, tranquilla in mezzo agli ulivi, ma a 5 minuti di macchina dalle più belle spiagge della zona. Totale disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Struttura immersa nel verde. Personale gentilissimo e simpatico. Appartamento spazioso e comodo. Splendida terrazza con vista sugli innumerevoli ulivi. consigliatissimo.
