Modern, clean, location. Well lit/bright,

Induction stove top without proper pans/pots. Could not even make eggs. Lack of regular high closet but the office FINALLY DID provide a clothes rack for which I was grateful. Cover over bedroom switches broken for two yrs. Reported during my stay last yr and it was never repaired. English instructions for washer/dryer non-existent. English instructions for induction stove top non-existent. No information about location of garbage bins, nor button to open gate to go out. No assistance for operation of both TVs until after many requests. Bedroom light over bed burned out for two yrs. For a two-wk stay, bed sheets and bath towels should have been provided. Requested extra towels; finally got them. Not easy. In general, poor maintenance of apt which is obvious as I stayed there last yr. Cleaners don’t really check everything.

The location is just super!! In the very center, 2 steps from Nahalat Binyamin, shuk Carmel. The apartment is nice, big balcony, there is a mamad. The owner responds quickly, helps.

It could be cleaner. There is a coffee machine, but there were only three capsules. There are three of us - three capsules for three days. Also for some reason there were only two towels for the body.
