Fully equipped, clean, good location

Some minor things required fixing (eg door handles), but the team fixed them immediately showing utmost degree of attention to any requests.

Excellent location, outstanding comfortable house, spacious. Full of light. Very clean. No room for improvement. Without a car that you need to park it is the perfect place.

Parking parking. You can park on the street from 7PM until 10 AM then you need to move your park to a public parking. To unload your luggage from the car, upon arrival or to load your luggage when leaving it is not easy for elderly to do it while the time you can stop there is limited.

The owner of these properties is a fraud and a scammer. After I booked this room he sent me a WhatsApp saying he had a water leakage in the apartment (obviously a lie) and offered me another bigger apartment with the same price in the same area. I had never stayed in Tel Aviv and he assured me this is in the same area close to Tel Aviv beach and shops. After my arrival I am in this nasty, disgusting unsafe neighborhood with broken windows. I contacted him right away that this area is scary and I don’t want to stay there. He told me he had nothing else. The apartment was filthy. The oven, stove and the shower had not been cleaned at all. We were only there for two days and he destroyed our vacation. After asking for a refund he offered us my own room that I originally booked when available. Lol. I told him I won’t be back at Tel Aviv and at least give me the refund for one night. He refused. Stay away from this property and the fraud owner.

The property owners are great communicators. They provided information about their apartment and their expections. The apartment was immaculate and blocks from Carmel Market. There are also several cafes/shops nearby. A great bonus was having a washer and dryer. Because they are British machines, I was unfamiliar with them, but there are directions on top of the dryer that explain their use. I had planned to shut off the air conditioner when going out, but the buttons on the machine are in Hebrew, which I cannot read. The bed is VERY comfortable, and the bedroom is soundproofed with a black out curtain. What great sleep! I recommend this accommodation and especially the kind proprietors!

The location is great, just a few steps from the Carmel market. The communication with staff was great and they were very accommodating. The couch in the living room is amazing comfortable for a good snooze and the AC was great. Also, the beach is only 5 blocks away. There are loads of restaurants in the neighborhood and places for coffee and alcohol.

Located next to the market. We walked everywhere in the city. Few issues we had were addressed immediately. We had a small balcony and enjoyed sitting there watching the street below. The only complaint I have is it gets very loud early in the morning, but we used that noise as our alarm clock. That’s what you get by staying close to the busy market, which is attraction on its own; having a kitchen was a big plus since we end up buying breakfast at the market and enjoyed it at home. i would definitely recommend it.

The host was really responsive and friendly. We had no issues with the appartment and they were always answering our questions. The location is amazing! I love that you have a code and there is no need for keys.

It was advertised with daily cleaning and airport transfer and that was not the case.
