The property was a one-bedroom fully equipped apartment with a balcony with seaview, which was wonderful. The location was great, a short walk to the beach, and the Pozzallo city center, with lovely promenades along the way. The beach has soft sand, gentle slopes into the surf, and relatively warm waters. Our host, Nino, was especially attentive, helpful and friendly. We found Pozzallo to be a great spot to serve as a base for our stay in this part of Sicily, being close to many regional attractions. The free on-site parking was a huge plus for us.

The facility is still engaged in some construction activities, which added to noise levels during working hours. The facility does not have elevators, which may be a problem for some folks (our apartment was 50 steps up from the street door to our door). Some walkable areas near the facility have unsightly amounts of litter, that distracts from the city of Pozzallo as a whole.

The room and bathroom were roomy - in the periphery of Pozzallo town. It was clean and modern. There was coffee machine and a small fridge, which were very useful. The host Nino, was very friendly and allowed us to leave the car parked after we left the room for a whole evening.

A bit difficult to find- had to phone Nino to help us find it.

The plane was late. We arrived at 1 am. The host welcomed us. Due to the late arrival, we were unable to shop. The cold mineral water in the fridge was very good.
