Visulahti Cottages

The cottage is in an enchanting place, in a meadow, close to a beach on a the lake surrounded by the forest. The atmosphere is really magic and the staff at the reception is nice and welcoming. The price of the cottage is lower than the average prices for rooms in Finland.

The price is low, so we can't expect too much from the cottages. My room had old furniture and looked a bit dated. I had to set up my bed with the linen. The bathroom was smelly. I tried to call the number of the service a couple of times, but nobody answered. In this season (August) the reception closes at 5pm, which is a bit too early.

Good locations

The building wasn’t clean properly and bed aren’t comfortable. Too much mosquitoes inside the building as well. And bad air condition.

Everything was good, only sofa was little poor.

Fireplace, beds, kitchen facilities

Veldig fin og stor hytte, eneste minus er sofaen var veldig vond å sitte i. Flott sted

It was clean and the furniture was nice.

The cabin was very cold. Next time I'll bring my own pans for cooking as the non-stick ones in the cabin were all scratched up.

It was very easy to find in a nice place. It had helpful staff, a clean and spacious house with all necessary equipment.We survived even with an extreme cold weather outside. There was a nice fireplace in the big house for 8.

It could have been a bit warmer but it was not bad at all. Sauna was outside.

Service and availability went well. It was easy to find the keys and the place. quiet location,Nice customer service

The room was a bit cold, luckily there was a fireplace, but no firewood was found nearby.Finally the problem is solved
