1911 Hotel

Very kind lady at check in. Room was exactly as shown in photos and very clean!

O hotel é MUITO bem localizado, cerca de 300m da entrada da estacao de trem, o cafe começa cedo o suficiente pra atender quem vai entrar em machu picchu super cedo (vai das 04:30 as 09:30). Eles estavam instalando um elevador, mas no momento ha escadas para acessar os quartos (nao vi quartos no andar terreo, ficamos no 2 andar). O quarto era muito limpo, banheiro novo, agua quente, o sabonete ofertado pelo hotel tinha um cheiro um pouco ruim, mas passável. No cafe da manha eles ofertam ovo mexido feito na hora, alguns paes, geleias industrializadas, cha de coca, iogurtes, suco (provei o de abacaxi e nao estava bom). Para o preco cobrado, considerando que é uma regiao de dificil acesso e tudo sera naturalmente mais caro, tambem incluindo a comparacao com Lima e Cusco, achei bem justo.

Perfeito para estadia em Águas Calientes. A limpeza, café da manhã são excelentes. O atendimento é excelente, toda a equipe do hotel está sempre pronta a acolher as demandas dos hóspedes. Super recomendamos!

The property was very well located. It was missing a fan in the room and the elevator seems to be broken for a while. Other than this. I loved 4/5

Súper bien para quedarse una noche

Very clean nice place! Staff was very professional and friendly!

A great choice for the budget travellers. The room was simple but effective. There were 3 beds for our family of 3. The basin and toilet in the restroom were of good quality. Hot water was strong. Breakfast was abundant. The hotel was very close to the train station. Going to the Machu Picchu ecobus ticket office and bus stop was easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A few complaints: there's no air conditioner in the room so it may be harsher in cold season. We could clearly hear the people walking in the hallway. There can be more hooks in the restroom.

My room was on the 5th floor (out of 6), but the elevator is yet to be installed…
