Äusserer Eindruck war gutb

Bei Ankunft im Hotel keine Begrüssung sondern es wurde gesagt . Sie müssen sich noch was gedulden. Zimmer überhitzt und unsauber.Beim Frühstück wieder keine Begrüssung nur Reste vorhanden keine Tassen Tische fast alle vollgestellt von Vorgästen. Es wurde nicht abgeräumt geschweige gereinigt.Nachdem dann mehrere Gäste an der Küchentüre geklopft und drauf aufmerksam gemacht haben wurde dann in aller Ruhe mit und mit etwas aufgefüllt. Rezeption war bei Abreise 9.00 Uhr nicht besetzt.Dieses Hotel ist keine 4 Sterne wert und auch nicht zu empfehlen. 00

Alles was prima, goed geholpen Personeel was vriendelijk Wilde buiten zitten wat niet de bedoeling was, maar was geen enkel Dus super

Er was maar een ding waarom we over 3 weken willen annuleer en dat is dat er geen airco was

prijs was juist en ze waren op de hoogte

communicatie tussen personeel, er waren geen lunchpakketten noch restaurantreservatie voorzien. Bovendien werden onze betaalde lunchpakketten ter waarde van 156 € weggegeven aan een ander groep. Ook de belofte van terugbetaling werd niet uitgevoerd noch kreeg ik reactie op herhaaldelijke vraag of dit nu teruggestort zou worden. Eens je uitgecheckt bent ben je blijkbaar van geen tel meer, ook al heb je 8 kamers voor 13 personen geboekt. Parkeren kost 9.8 € per busje, bij andere hotels is dit gratis. Parkeren in de buurt kan gratis maar de buurt in onbetrouwbaar.

Jó helyen van, közel az autópálya és a városközpont is. A szoba tiszta volt.

Pótágyas szobát foglaltunk, de nem volt bent a szobában. Külön kérésre betették az ágyat, várni kellett rá. A pótágyon nem volt lepedő, csak egy matracvédő, amit nem cserélnek minden vendég után és koszos volt. A szobában felejtettünk egy kabátot. Ezt hamar észrevettük, visszamentünk érte, de azt állították, hogy nem volt ott. Mi határozottan tudtuk, hogy ott maradt. A reklamálásra tiszteletlen stílusban reagáltak. Miután eljöttünk, érdekes módon nemsokára mégis előkerült náluk a kabát, újra visszafordultunk érte.
