Hotel Castro Alves, São Paulo

O hotel é bem simples mas me atendeu para o propósito da viagem. Instalações antigas banheiros com boxe de esquadria e plástico, o boxe já estava sujo quando cheguei (com cabelo nos cantos). Janela de vidro do quarto rachada, rua com bar e um pouco de barulho. Lençóis limpos. As atendentes da recepção foram bem solicitas e educadas. Ao chegar é preciso subir as escadas c a mala. Se fosse uma viagem de turismo com meu marido nunca voltaria a ficar no hotel mas como fui só resolver uns assuntos, não queria gastar muito, queria ficar perto do metrô (Vergueiro 300m), próximo da liberdade a ponto de ir caminhando (1km) e como passei o dia todo na rua, me atendeu por isso com o valor que paguei.

Razoável, escada para acessar o banheiro do quarto, acaba tornando perigoso o acesso

I payed for 6 nights and stayed 4 nights. This hotel outdated, dangerous and uncomfortable. The bathroom is tiny, the floor bedroom has cracks that move when walking, the sheets are threadbare, there are few electric outlets and the room even had some mound in it which was not nice. Unfortunately, during the night there was a lot of noise (inside and outside the hotel).

Wifi was horrible in the beginning. I asked if they reset on the wifi one of the receptionist said yes. Later when I asked a different receptionist if they no he said … and showed me that his reset. When he did the wifi went well. But it was only like 6 hours later after check in
