Casa Comtesse

We loved the family breakfast! It was so great to hear about the travel plans and experiences of the other guests. We looked forward to catching up with everyone in the morning to hear about their adventures. And the food was fantastic!

Unique art filled house with serene garden space Lovely, charming rooms and an excellent breakfast every morning, and a gathering place to sit and talk to the other visitors, which was really a highlight of the trip. Wonderful and warm people always available for advice or even just to chat that run the place..

I am an extremely light sleeper, so Mexico is definitely a challenge for me. I would recommend bringing excellent earplugs. Some nights were very quiet ,other nights not so much as far as street noise and even construction in the middle of the night. that said it still felt like a home away from home.

El trato y el lugar muy especial

It was a wonderful stay in such an arty place! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location of the place is between two metro stations, very convenient to move around the city! Absolutely loved it! Extended my stay for one more day there because of this Mexican hospitality and if I had a chance to come back to Mexico City, “Casa Comtese” would be my first choice again! ¡Muchas gracias!

La ubicación es muy bonita y segura, encuentras restaurantes y bares muy cerca. También lugares para comer algo típico y económico. El staff es increíblemente amable y seguro harán que cualquier visita sea increíble!

Algo de música de fondo o hasta una TV en la habitación haría más confortable la estancia.

El servicio y atención de los chicos es EXCEPCIONAL. La ubicación es buena y de verdad uno se siente como en casa. La cama estaba deliciosa. El desayuno es muy rico y siempre hay opciones para todos. La estación de te y cafe 24/7 es un mega plus. ¡Volvería sin duda!

El baño tiene muy poca ventilación y llegamos con un clima muy húmedo entonces las toallas no se secaban nunca, le pedimos a los chicos que nos las cambiaran y lo hicieron sin problema... Mi sugerencia sería cambiar las toallas todos los días.

A experiência na Casa Comtesse foi inesquecível, despe a primeira recepção pelo Rói. A casa é deslumbrante, com uma decoração de muito bom gosto. O café da manhã teve um prato diferente nos três dias em que estivemos hospedados e o fato de todos comerem numa mesa comunitária proporcionou um momento muito agradável do dia. Ainda fizemos uma degustação de mezcal sem nenhum custo. Vou sentir saudades.

アットホームな雰囲気で内装が美しい。スタッフも優しく臨機応変に対応してくれる。朝食も１つの大きなテーブルでみんな電車食べるのがいい。

お風呂のジェルが出てこないことを伝えたけれどお掃除のタイミングと合わず、そのままになってしまった。 出かけるタイミングと掃除のタイミングが合わず、１泊目はアーリーチェックインで１時間くらいしかいないのに掃除してもらい、２泊目はやってもらえなかったのが残念。スペイン語がわからないのも申し訳なかったのですが。
