Because of forest fires, we decided to cancel our booking three days in advance. We were told that we would still have to pay for the accommodation and that we would also have to pay for the breakfasts we never had and all other extra costs like room service whilst we were never there! The hotel showed no understanding whatsoever. We felt that they were not interested in us as customers , they were just interested in making more money over our backs without trying to make a single compromise. Our tip is: THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING.

Prekrasan hotel, penthouse u potkrovlju sa ogromnom prekrasnom terasom koja sadrži ležaljke, tuš.. Kao doručak su u sobi dostupni kroasani, razna peciva sa nutellom i marmeladama. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svim potrebnim aparatima i osnovnim namirnicama. Prekrasno mjesto u ne tako lijepom naselju, ali upravo savršeno ukoliko se posjećuju Napoli, Vezuv, Pompei čak i Amalfi obala. Osiguran parking u dvorištu hotela bez pristupa javnosti. Vlasnik dostupan za sva pitanja. Sve pohvale. Vrhunsko!

Samo naselje nije baš za šetnju. Potreban auto.

Modern rooms with all the facilities needed. The palace is elegant and traditional. Private parking. Strategic spot on the way to Pompei.

The fridge in the room was not working and the breakfast is really basic. There is not a real town centre in Terzigno.

Mi é piaciuto tutto! Ci ha accolto Luigi, un ragazzo davvero gentile e disponibile.. l’attico all’ultimo piano era pulito e ordinato. La chicca é il mega terrazzo con vista Vesuvio. La posizione é strategica in quanto si é nel mezzo tra Napoli e la Costiera per chi volesse visitare entrambe. Ho scelto questa struttura per il parcheggio privato e per la posizione.

La colazione consisteva in briochine e fette biscottate preconfezionate + succo, acqua e macchinetta del caffè. Avrei apprezzato più varietà.
