The location, the property, facilities are nice and well maintained. Garden is very nice. The host was nice and friendly. Comfy bed, spacious room.

Unfortunately we were not allowed to use the kitchen. Swimming pool is closed in October and covered. Carpet in the room needs some cleaning from the hair and dust.

Infinity Pool mit Blick ins Tal d'Orcia super schön. Zimmer sehr groß mit tollen Betten.

Kein besonderes Frühstück. Kein deutsches TV. Supermärkte und Restaurants sehr weit entfernt. Im Bad starker Kanalgeruch.

La struttura è tenuta davvero molto bene, soprattutto il giardino e la zona piscina sono curati nei minimi dettagli. Se cerchi la tranquillità e pace, trovi entrambi.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da migliorare allora sarebbe la pulizia e la colazione. Informazioni sulla struttura e attività nei dintorni erano scritti solo in inglese.

An idyllic setting in the less touristic part of Tuscany but within an easy reach of all scenic spots. Room is spacious and even has a walk-in closet! The swimming pool is a bonus, either to have a morning dip or watch the sunset with fresh splash are equally enjoyable. We loved the hearty breakfast served on the verendah by the pool side. The host Yan is nice and friendly. His recommendations on restaurants are very good. Highly recommended for those who look for a beautiful tranquil stay in the area!

Gorgeous views, tranquility, large comfy bed and nice duvets, lovely host, great breakfast, incredible valley views, in the heart of the most beautiful area of Tuscany. What’s not to like!? We highly recommend this place.

Very nice place and house with a beautiful pool and environment.

We are just a bit disappointed by the welcoming of the owner. He looked like very sad and not happy to be here. When we arrived for the check in, we were a bit lost to find the reception. The guy was in the house in total dark with all the blinds closed. It was a shame because the property is amazing and should be better developed.

The property has a stunning view overlooking charming rolling hills of Tuscany countryside. The infinity pool at sunset has a particular romantic atmosphere. The property has only a few rooms, if you are looking for a quite relaxing experience, this place could be a very good choice compared to bigger resorts in this region. The property is very close to the natural thermal bath fosso bianco bagni san filippo. And there are good local restaurants at a few mins driving distance from the property.
