9600將近一萬的房型，訂房時標榜家庭房（2人號稱可以加床，付了加床費幾乎要一萬） 6000多的兩人房房型，這兩種相差太大號稱家庭房擁擠沒桌子、沙發小、浴室小、只有兩張超級小的椅子，所有的行李被迫放地上、樓梯口，沒有任何的放置區反觀雙人房空間大，我不懂為什麼不把加床加在雙人房，硬要加在矮小的號稱家庭房的房型關於加床：收了三人費用後，所謂的加床就是給你一張單人與雙人床鋪，沒有枕頭沒有棉被，甚至浴巾與毛巾都沒有（這樣的服務這樣的費用）我們打了電話後，居然連通知都沒有直接放門口（棉被塑膠袋還沒拆，還得我們自己扛進來），浴巾仍舊只給一條（三人加床都打電話告知沒有浴巾，還給一條是怎樣……）。我們還要解釋是毛巾與浴巾各三件才拿過來（浴室杯子也只有兩個，已經不想說了）連事先打電話通知有老人，要放小椅子也沒放所謂樓中樓房型，加床在頂樓連站立都無法站立，彎腰之餘還得擔心會被近在咫尺的循環扇打到。整個住的很委屈，好好帶長輩來，加床在擁擠的空間，連東西服務都少一堆，讓好好一個母親節沒有給長輩好的感受泡茶休息區都被佔滿，無法泡茶退房也都感受不到所謂民宿的熱忱，只顧著服務買茶的客人。價格接近一萬，得到這樣的品質，難怪國旅爛（現金不能刷卡）
