We had a good time and we liked our room. The staff was friendly. The Spa we didn't see unfortunately.

Beautiful rooms, very chic. A fairly quick walk to the tourism center.

You have to walk up at least 2 flights of stairs with your bag, which is a bit of a drag after traveling. The water in my shower kept moving from hot to cold.

Thank you to Marco & Carlo for making sure we had a great stay. They were super helpful with recommendations & assistance. Great location on a busy main street with very close food, coffee, transport, etc.

The location was convenient to the historical areas and sites. The breakfast voucher was provided for a nice close-by spot for a good breakfast and coffee. The room was comfortable and quiet and the check-in/check-out was smooth and easy.

One very small thing - the shower drain was very slow and so we had to wait after the first shower to allow the shower area to drain before the second person could shower to avoid the water overflowing.

Location was good. Quiet. Bathroom was okay with hot water. Room was clean and everything worked.

Breakfast delivery option? Or something brought in each day. I shower amenities were lacking. Maybe use environmental friendly containers of shampoo and conditioner. Signage very small. I would have liked a map showing you how to get there.

it was amazing. on this vacation I propose to my girlfriend and hotel help me to organize surprise :) on amazing balcony they prepare table with candles roses and nice bottle of champagne:) ambience was amazing it’s %100 percent worth the stay thank you so much again!
