So disappointed experience. The heater in the room not work. We were sleep under a small blanket with the cold temperature -1 degree celsius. From the website they show a beautiful breakfast buffet. But when we come to check in was room only no have any breakfast same like they promised. No have any amenity in the bathroom.

- Location. Very close to the city center; - A good size of the room; - Possibility for checking time earlier than the most hotels; - Charger for Electrical Vehicles.

- No air conditioner, together with the fact that the building don't have a good insulation, this contributes to not proper isolate the heat from outside when the temperatures are high; - Matresses and pillows are a little bit old and not comfortable; - No option for breakfast in the Hotel.

Location excellent, apartment newly furbished, very clean, heating, air conditioner perfect. We received an upgraded apartment in the street: An Der Alten Weed, instead of the one originally booked in Johannieterstasse.

Sauberkeit im Zimmer OK aber schwarze Flecken in den Fugen der Dusche durften heute nicht mehr vorkommen. Kein Frühstück möglich, jedoch Wasserkocher Tee und Kaffee und heiße Schokolade auf dem Zimmer. Bett sauber Matratze sehr weich. Über alles gesehen zu teuer

I was not able to locate and entrance for the property.

Checkin is not intuitive, going up the steps towards the reception door which was locked, room key keft on a window sill but didn't see them at first and wasn't told about it. No one at the reception and no door for my particular room displayed outside, Waited 11mn for someone to show up after ringing and gave explanation on how to access the room. Parking is on your own in the street (good luck on market day, the road in front of the hotel is closed and all sude streets are full).On good note clean and functional.
