Rumori provenienti dalla stanza vicina e dalla casa sopra, servirebbe una maggiore insonorizzazione. Per chi è alto potrebbe risultare leggermente scomodo salire e scendere dalla scala perché il soffitto in quel tratto è basso per via della volta
