Apart luxury apartment in Island Village.

Location was good. Great balcony with sun all day. Kitchen was well equipped. Quiet area. Showers were great.

Beds very hard. Property in need of some refurbishment. Pillows were not the best, stained and no protectors on them. If you can bring your own pillow please do . Whilst we are aware cockroaches are common in Tenerife we found it quite difficult to keep them out at times. Price was quite high to say the apartment was looking tired. This apartment could be so much better with a bit of money spent on it . All gaps and holes need to be filled to detract pests.

The location was excellent, within walking distance to shops, the beach, and other amenities. The space itself was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of appliances, and everything was clean and well looked after. The pool was also a really nice addition and added to the overall experience.

The only issue during the stay was that one of the showers flooded, so it couldn’t be used for the remainder of the trip. Aside from that, everything else was perfect.

Spacious well equipped apartment. Nice big balcony.

Requires updating in allot of areas, cupboard doors in main bedroom do not close, tap in kitchen sink not tight, toilet in main bedroom en-suite not secure, two bedroom apartment but not enough crockery for everyone to use, the worst part for us was there was a planned outage of the electricity to replace a main fuse board on the complex but we were not told so could not prepare in advance of the electricity being turned off this was especially bad as we had two babies and could not make there bottles.
