Die Kommunikation mit Mery war unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Alle Fragen sowie der Service für eine weitere Bettdecke wurden zeitnah erfüllt. Die Penthouse Wohnung im 4. Stock war angenehm ruhig .

Die Wohnung erfüllt nicht die Erwartungen, die angesichts eines Preises von 170€/ Nacht zu erwarten wären. Keinesfalls hat Penthouse Wohnung die beworbene 100qm2 Größe. Die geschätzte Größe liegt ca bei 50-60 qm2. Die Badezimmer sind winzig wie in einem Wohnmobil. Der Zustand der hochwertig ausgestatteten Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig und hinterlässt einen faden Beigeschmack der doch auffallend guten Bewertungen. Die Qualität des Schlafsofas im Wohn-Essraum kann man selbst einem Kind nicht zumuten. Wir können aus diesem Grund diese Unterkunft angesichts des Preises nicht weiterempfehlen

l'établissement est bien et proche du vieux alicantes et du nouveau alicantes. beaucoup de transport en commun et il n es pas nécessaire de prend un véhicule.

pas grand chose ,peut être changer le literie et peut être certain ustensile de cuisine.

"We were there for four days, three nights and would go there again."

The location was in a quiet area but only 20 minutes walk to the centre or beach. Everything was in apartment, towels, shampoo, hair dryer. Kitchen roll, coffee pods. The apartment was very clean and could easily sleep 6 people

3 oddzielne sypialnie. Mieszkanie czyste, dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Mały prywatny balko i taras na dachu. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu w przechowalni, zarówno przed zameldowaniem, jak i po zameldowaniu.

Smród z łazienki, łazienka dość ciasna, pomijając prysznic, ciężko się obrócić. Całe mieszkanie dość ciemne, mało naturalnego światła.
