BG Palace Hotel

Location was comfortable for us, as we travel by work, it was nearby our office.

We lived at the room with balcony. It was very noisy because Conditioner was attached to the external wall of the balcony. Moreover in the room near guests smoked all night at their balcony. Smoke access to our room via open window and via conditioner also.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. The room was very big. Minibar A/C worked Modern decor

Too much impractical furniture in the room (i.e uncomfortable chairs by the window). Desk was useless with no power socket to plug in a laptop and no lamp for writing. I had to sit by the TV. Bathroom would benefit from better plumbing and a walk-in shower. Lighting and sockets by bed need to be addressed.
