Maison Penthouse

Clean and modern apartment. The lift is ancient, but it's better than walking up 8 flights of stairs. The apartment has everything you need, hot water and heating was always available as well as air con. Parking available in an underground car park a 2 minute walk away. I would recommend to anyone wanting a central location in Thessaloniki.

Lobby and elevator area are dated.

The host was very kind and provided us all the extra requirements, the location was amazing, the apartment was very clean and had all the tools a proper house needs.

Nothing to not like.

The location is very good and the terrace is spacious.

The apartment is located on the 8th floor of a dark and poorly maintained building. The elevator is outdated and felt unsafe. The apartment is on the top floor so it was very hot when we checked in. And despite having the two A/Cs turned on for hours the room temperature remained warm throughout the first night. One bedroom doesn’t even have an A/C! The floor in the main bedroom is damaged and is uneven in the living room. The bathroom is small and the ceiling is very low. The mattresses and pillows are too soft. Since one of the bedrooms was too hot one of my kids pulled out the sofa bed in the living room but it was old and extremely uncomfortable. The whole experience was disappointing and I was surprised by the other positive reviews…I have been to Thessaloniki many times and stayed at nice places but this wasn’t one of them unfortunately and it was overpriced for nothing.

Very old building and elevator

Great location, right in the city center! The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Near it there are coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and more. From one of the balconies you have a nice view to the Hagia Sophia church. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. If you come by care, there are two garages at arround 3 minutes walk. The communication with hosts was very fast and very good.

Excellent location in the heart of the city and very quiet!
