Mornington Hotel Stockholm

This hotel has clearly had a very stylish remodel in recent history. The rooms are very pretty and the bathroom is also pretty. Our window actually opened, which was awesome to have fresh air coming in at night. The walls of books in the room and the lobby and the restaurant are all really pretty. The breakfast is very good. We were told there was a sauna and a breakfast terrace, but we were unable to find and use either one over three days. The hotel is situated only 3 or so blocks from the harbor and in a very desirable part of town with tons of restaurants, bars, stores, parks, and general life happening, so it's a great area to stay in and be based in for city adventures. It is also very convenient if you plan to take one of the ferries out to the archipelago.

Our room had a temperature control panel but did not have any kind of actual temperature control, as we later verified with the hotel staff, so we were overheated most nights but given the illusion that we could set our temp to 17 ° celsius. The bathroom is very small and has a glass door that you can easily see through and no audible fan, giving zero privacy for couples or anyone who doesn't want to share their bathroom activity in multiple dimensions (sight and sound). The shower is not fully enclosed and takes up part of the sink countertop area; water easily leaks under the shower wall that does not actually touch the floor (why?) as well as the curtain that you draw around it. The bathroom lighting is much too dark for doing makeup. The room itself is very small, it would be most comfortable for a single person, but for two people together with two large suitcases it felt cramped. I bought a wine from the bar and it was so far past its prime I couldn't drink it at all.

The building and the interior are so stylish ! Staffs are so nice and helpful, and the breakfast are great and have a great variety of options !

Kaldığımız oda tipi standarttı iyi olanlardan değildi, ona göre ödeme yaptık ama 18mt2 yazdığı için bu kadar küçük beklememiştim. Giriş kısmı ve odayı ayıran duvar nedeniyle çok dardı. Tuvalet kapısının cam olması kötüydü. Yastıklar iyiydi ama yatak çok konforlu değildi
