Very easy had a key fob box. The host will tell you the actual number of the key box and then what u can do is input the number and make sure u push up to release the box. Its just standard set of keys within.

The property is dated, u can defintely tell from how the wood looks worn, the decking creaks and bends in most spots, watermarks on the concrete. Sofa's are full of stains and the whole property looks old, but well maintained. My biggest problem is there is almost no hot water during our stay.

This villa was absolutely amazing! Everything was fantastic We really couldn't fault our stay here at all. Koming was absolutely amazing with instructions to our self check in as we arrived late at night. He also helped us book a last minute tour & went above & beyond to help accommodate & assist us with whatever we needed & constantly checked in with us every day! He even brought a birthday cake for me & left it in the fridge for us, of course we shared with the cleaning team! We loved it here so much, we will definitely be coming back & staying here again 😊😊

We had some issues with the hot water, but Koming & his team were so quick to resolve the problem. The hair dryers weren't strong enough other than that everything was beyond fantastic!

So spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to a lovely safe cheap and delicious cafe. Short drive to sites and shopping. Linked to a great driving company. The staff were exceptional and answered our every need asap.

The Villa was in a great spot nice and quiet, it was big and spacious very clean and comfortable, beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms, fantastic air conditioning, the living area space was comfortable with great fans to relax in by the pool.

The staff were fantastic, our host for our stay was Koming and he was beyond perfect from start to finish, he gave us a warm welcome and provided assistance straight away no matter how big or small the ask was even took us to get our laundry done. Absolutely incredibly service by Koming

The pool temperature was great, and the pool was nice and clean. Our rooms were serviced every day. Clean towels were provided each day. The dishes were washed and put away. We were able to have a real holiday. The villa was close to great eating places and massages, and laundry. I would recommend the massage at Jepun Serti Spa just up the Road. The Moonface cafe across the road had amazing food, well worth a visit. Great location.

I didn't like that there was no toaster. We had to ask for the wifi as it wasn't written down. No other complaints.

We loved that this property is located in a quieter neighborhood but still had plenty of options to walk to for coffee and breakfast. The entrance was beautiful and all the flowers and greenery just made it feel like home. Koming was an amazing host throughout our stay, he answered all of our questions and clearly explained how to let ourselves into the property as we arrived at midnight. Our taxi driver kindly called him to ensure he was dropping us off at the correct location and he answered even late at night. The booklet with suggestions for activities and extra things they offered was so helpful! We got a massage and a scooter which Koming helped us arrange. When I had issues trying to do the payment online, he came over and assisted me and we had also asked him about the scam, a fake voucher we had received near Kuta art market. Koming was so welcoming, efficient and always willing to answer any questions we had. The aircon and fans in the living room were our saviours and worked really well!

I think the cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathrooms (shower doors) and the fridge needed cleaning. I also think they need to have a bigger rubbish bin, in the kitchen and bathrooms. Some information about where to do laundry and the local customs would be helpful. Eg. How to greet people. We apologise Koming, we didn’t know about the bowing part when we met, so we felt really bad about not doing that.
