"價格在礁溪的溫泉住宿中相對有優勢，但整體的住宿經驗不算很好，喜歡服務人員的親切，但各種設備老舊影響了住宿體驗，期待能有適當的修繕，未來才會有續住意願"

- 服務人員親切有禮，很像鄰家的哥哥姊姊 - 有不小的停車場在正前方停車方便 - 地點離市集跟熱鬧的街道很近但又不過度吵雜 - 蠻喜歡床跟枕頭的軟硬度覺得對我而言剛剛好

設備有一定的老舊程度，若有更新修繕會更有入住意願 - 大廳洗手間老舊 - 房內馬桶沖水按照說明仍充不下去，要按好幾次 - 房內吹風機太小，長髮吹頭不便 - 房內電視盒入住時無畫面，有請服務人員協助，服務人員態度良好但當下無解，後來自己嘗試調整後有畫面 - 隔音極差，不是淺眠的人都很容易在房內因為外面旅客的跑跳嬉戲聲被嚇到
