Was way to too early for a check out for me. Things to cover the room are outside ice and vending. Sucks but I will review this at a later point.

Good place to stay. Worth it and conveniently located.

Nice staff snd location. Away from the busy city but good restaurants around.

When I arrived, I was asked to pay a flat $100, when the full price I paid through the app was $89.48. The lady at the desk didn’t want to honor the hotels.com price when I told her the true price, and I showed it to her on my phone. She then said to wait for her husband to check things out. It took a few minutes, but we were finally given the price offered. We were on our way to the room, which we were told was non-smoking. Having had cancer, this was very important for me and with my girlfriend’s asthma. When we got to the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. There was also a cigarette burn on the bed spread, as seen in the photograph. Also, we were promised a queen-size bed, and it was clearly a full size. We went to the desk to ask for a new room, and were rudely told it was a non-smoking room already. He grudgingly gave us a new room key, though. Then when we got to the new room, at least it wasn’t reeking of cigarette smoke, but once again, the bed wasn’t a queen, as promised, but a full. At that point, we just considered to cut our losses, because it was late, and we didn’t need any further hassle. I would not recommend staying here.

The check in was easy and even though I was late arriving, the staff was very courteous and helpful!

Was updated and pretty clean. The room was as described.

I booked this location specifically for the Jacuzzi in the room and that was amazing. For a night of fun me and my baby had a great time. The staff was horrid, rude, dismissive and curt. The room does have a weird smell when you go in. We tried to extend our stay and they told us our room was already booked which we found odd. The wall paper was peeling, there was tape patching up some areas of the room and I’d say the staff was the worst part about the visit. I may stay again here, just for the jacuzzi! Bring your own snacks because there is no microwave in the “deluxe suite” and the office has measly candy and chips. Before we arrived our car had been towed (we just dropped our 10 month old daughter off for the first time to spend time together) we had to Uber to pick up both kids (oldest is 8) and bring them back to the hotel at 9:00am and check out was 11:00am. When we got back to our room the supervisor bombarded the room asking who the woman was and that we could have no visitors. He practically scared my 8 year old and barely apologized after the situation took place. Arguing w my husband, charging us extra for our ESA dog because the paperwork had been towed away in the car. Just very stressful. The jacuzzi was nice. That is all.

The jetted tub was great! However the fact that it was a "deluxe suite" is bull! 1 room, no mini fridge, no movie channels, tiny thin towels and pillows for 200+$ a night not so impressive
