"Dirty and cost saving maintenance"

living room and kitchen are nice. staff managing the house reacts quickly to our request but they can't solve everything.

Dirty and quick and cost saving maintenance. Spider nets in windows and corners, windows not clean. Cleaning done quickly and careless. Broken glasses in garden, dangerous if you want to walk barefoot. Kitchen stuff with lot scratches, doors with dameges, painting done partially. Bedrooms with very basic fornitures. Wifi password was wrong. Address for check in instruction is incomplete, no street number. Asked baby bed asked in advance never arrived. The feeling is cost saving maintenance despite high price. For almost 300€ per night/ 2000€ per week I would expect at least good standard.

Great location, for downtown Arco and handy stores/ great Pasticerierie almost next door

Would be nice to have some cleaning products even to clean up spills and wine glasses plus salt and pepper etc in the kitchen. Also in the heat another fan would have been very helpful.
