Apartment Princesa Bitacora

Apartment was close to the strip. Extremely clean and had all the essentials like cutlery, pots, pans. Fan was a big plus in the apartment. Nice big tv with cable. Pegs, brushes/ mops all provided. Very quiet area and nice pool.

The shower doesn’t have proper drainage as it’s a walk in shower and can flood the floor if you’re not careful (not a big issue as we didn’t take long showers and I didn’t flag this to the owner) but the rainfall setting on the shower tended to flood. Fan didn’t work in the apartment and flagged this but no one from maintenance came.

Very spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Nice living room and kitchen/washing facilities. The hosts were very accomodating, even when issues with the Booking.com website initially created complications.

the property is not what it looks online , only one fan in the bedroom works , front room doesn’t , the properly was not clean the bed sheets smelt damp an horrible . We then found a infestation of atlesst 50/60 little ants crawling all under / over the bed , when you use the shower it floods the whole bathroom due to poor building/draining , was not happy we had to leave after the 3rd day as it got too much for us so we changed to a better accomadation we then cost me a further load of money , the host is not nice either poor communication to his ‘/hers ‘customers’ Saying we are in the wrong ect , do not stay here , we asked for a refund as they wouldn’t send a cleaner an he is not accepting the request I am not happy about this atal

Clean, modern , good WiFi , comfortable bed and good shower Nice secure private complex

It had the feeling of a basement flat. Terrace was mostly in the shade facing the walls . Small sun terrace on complex with a few sun beds that are plastic and uncomfortable . Could have done with more than 1 bath towel one each, isn’t enough for a week There is a washing machine but didn’t think it was economical to buy a box of detergent for a week stay Could have done with a few bin bags . Was asked in every corespondent not to flush paper down the toilet , but no bags were provided for the bin. Could have done with a sweeping brush as all debris blows onto the terris. No wine glasses !

The next door neighbours dog barking during the day and night.

Quiet location and yet very close to beach, bars, restaurants & shopping. Lidl and Soco supermarkets very near if you wanted to stock up for the holiday at very reasonable prices and many local supermarkets/ convenience stores also very close (one literally across the road!) albeit at higher convenience store prices. Safe- gated complex with PIN code access. Comfortable bed and good facilities in the apartment; decent shower, good wifi, fully equipped kitchen including full fridge and freezer, washing machine, microphone. Private terrace off the apartment and a communal sun terrace for sunbathing and small pool The owner was very quick to respond to any queries; I sought advice on a taxi to airport & I was accommodated with a late checkout for an additional charge.

Almost too quiet!! This is a small private complex with largely private owners so there is not much opportunity for meeting others within the complex. This really suited me and would suit individuals or couples who are looking for that quieter break away. The private terrace off the apartment was shaded all day; perfect for dining and escaping the heat! but it might bother others not to be able to sun themselves on their own terrace. There is a communal sun terrace by the pool 20 steps from the apartment and within the complex so it was not an issue for me
