BelleVue Oasis-Palm Springs - Adults Only

BelleVue Oasis is a gorgeous quiet getaway about 15 minutes by foot from the center of town. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, the pool clean and inviting, and the atmosphere, especially at night, was beautiful. The room was pleasant and the bed comfortable. My wife and I look forward to our next visit at this outstanding hotel.

The motel is self service. Wierd after 50 years of traditional motels. Location is ok. Stayed one night due to a cancelled flight

It was truly an oasis.

My room was so dirty- don’t stay here. Upon arriving I noticed the floor was a bit dirty and the sofa and sink both had stain marks on but as there is not a hotel reception at this hotel it was hard to go and talk to someone so I made do and just planned to not spend too much time in the room. But over the next couple of days I realised the cleanliness was actually a lot worse than I had realised. There were hairs on the floor, sticky stains on the bedside tables, marks on the pillow. I even found a plastic cup under the sofa and hair grips under the bed ( this shows they don’t do a deep clean). I know this isn’t the hotels fault but I also had two earwigs come in the room which is not what you want to see when you’re staying in a hotel. All of the above is just so disgusting and disappointing when you pay a lot of money to stay in a hotel and you are greeted with filth. I feel sick just remembering the sticky marks on the bedside tables and the brown stains on the pillows. I had contacted the hotel and they didn’t even acknowledge the images of the dirty room.

I loved the room it was very nice only bad thing was the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows as well that was only bad thing . The Jacuzzi was very warm I loved that the pool is 24/7 everything was nice and clean .

It was such a wonderful place to stay.

Good location and nice facility. Confusing check in. Had a conflict with jacuzzi users at 3AM. Felt very safe but gates were not ever locked. It stated daily house cleaning, not needed and never happened.

Personne à l'accueil ni au numéro de telephone affiché à l'entrée. Et la personne qui décroche au bout de plusieurs appels raccroche à la moindre demande... Nous avons attendu plus d'une demi heure dans le noir et au froid avant de pouvoir rentrer dans une chambre à peine correcte. Hotel qui fait sale et mal entretenu. A éviter. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre à cause du clavier de la porte qui fonctionnait mal. Nous nous dommes heurté à un refus. La seule mauvaise experience de tout notre séjour...

This property is absolutely adorable! Very clean and well kept. Lots of outdoor space for hanging out. Even your own private patio.

Positives : pictures of the rm and properly were accurate ! Beautiful landscaping. Very quiet and safe area close to town . When we needed towels and a garbage change the staff responded quickly. Love the mid century style of the place . Very clean pool and our room . Negatives : never received there pre check form before arrival. We called and had it sent to us. The guy on duty John ? Got impatient with us and hung up on us three times. He would not give us the code to get in there gate until he had our credit card info . I said I wasn’t comfortable do this over email and wanted to do it in person . Recently had to deal with credit card fraud through a major hotel chain . I highly doubt a small business like this has the encryption in place to protect my credit card . I had to call Expedia who we booked it through and get them to either sort this out or move us elsewhere. Expedia spoke with the property, asked us to go to check in person and inspected our rm beforehand. When we got to the property Jon had a much better attitude. We were able to show the picture I’d and give our card in person for the deposit.. The bed is way to soft , cheap toiletries, ( they would be better off having those lg refilled type in the shower . no daily maid service the towels are not a great quality. The pool is like a warm bath, they could save a lot of $$$$ not heating it . Would be nice to have plastic glassware to bring pool side .
