スタッフの皆さんが親切。 タオルの貸し出しがある。

部屋の出入り口近くの二段ベッド上段に泊まりました。部屋外の電気がずっと付いていて眩しいため、快適ではありません。カーテンもありますが、カバーしきれないため、ベッドの半分のみで寝る必要がありました。 ベッドがある以上は誰かがそこに割り振られるのは仕方ないですが、同じくらいの料金を払っていると考えると不公平だと感じました。ぜひスタッフの方々で実感していただき、改善してほしいです。

Kind stuff, nice location, stylish place.

Todo el ambiente, me encantó. Los chicos que atienden son muy amables. Te ayudan en todo lo que necesites.

Location and neighbourhood was great (we were staying there to go see Rosalía at Scotiabank Arena, which was about a 20-min walk away). There’s also a fantastic bakery around the corner (Nonni)! The staffperson we spoke to at check-in was very friendly :)

We had two steep and narrow flights of stairs to get to our room, so if we’d had large suitcases with us, that would have been challenging! We would also have rather not had the rug on the floor as it didn’t look particularly clean.

Very friendly staff, easy to check in.

I wish the beds were a little less creaky when going up the ladder, but otherwise no problems.

The worker for the day was extremely rude.Both the lady and the gentleman that came to replace her didn’t know their job. I basically have to teach them their job. Was terrible.

The staff worker refused to check me in because they said they didn’t have the room available for me and the only option was to pay additional 200 dollars to get an higher grade room which was basically a scam.

Location was great as well as the staff
