Staff were very accommodating when we requested a change of room due to some concerns we had about the cleanliness of our first room

Unfortunately it didn't live up to the reviews in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Location was good- short grab ride to old town but also in walking distance

Large modern rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, large pool, excellent condition city center nearby. First class bedrooms. Elevator.

Not many restaurants and shops around the hotel. Dangerous bathtub, not easy to step in the bahttub, I should recommend to install a handle to facilitate access to bathtub as the floor is gliding. This problem is the same in many bathrooms in hotels of southeast Asia. A big problem for elderly people. Staff is not smiling and has problems to answer nsome questions

Located about a mile out of the centre. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was clean, spacious and well equipped, with a fancy coffee machine (not allowed to cook in the kitchen but that was never our intention). Staff were super friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast was good, plenty of options, pool was lovely, with shaded and sunny beds.

You like to stay on the Beach and all the go into the City it’s a Perfect Location because It Right in the Middle of both. we had a pleasant stay everyone was so friendly

Schöne Anlage mit Pool gutem Frühstück und nettes Personal. Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral um Sachen zu machen

Pool hat für soviel Gäste nur 8oder 9 liegen plus eine Muschel. Die morgens als schon belegt wurden und somit den ganzen Tag nie was frei war vielleicht sollte man da eine Regel einführen das wenn die Leute nicht da sind das man keine liegen frei halten darf

The staff were great but the barman on the roof bar didn't seem friendly. The pool was nice but not a lot of sun gets to it, after 12 it's full of shade.
