The rain

There is no lift in the hotel Mattresses are not comfortable I asked for an extra pillow and the staff there said we don’t have

Nothing except the staff (they were very helpful)

Poor maintainance for the facility. 4 floors but no elevator. Leakage in bathrooms and AC. We were a family of 8 and booked 4 rooms but no of them were maintained well and all rooms had issues.
