It was a nice room but the bed frame was broken

The bed frame was broken when we were there, they then refused to let us stay in the new hotel we booked and took are £179 because we left a sock and they blamed it on us. There was mess but we cleaned most of it and for the price of it I thought the cleaners would do there job.

Location is good. Property is clean and comfortable.

WiFi has little issue. Signal were very weak in the room

Loved it here. Beautiful place. A Gardener's paradise.

The size of the room and shower room was very nice

The cleanliness of the room and shower was poor it was covered in dust the shower and toilet were dirty,I suggest that you change the shower head as on the last night it started having little black bits falling out Only 1 fork in the kitchen draw Other residents microwaving food 4 times after midnight when my room is right near the kitchen

Close to shops etc

Mattress was shot. Promised another but never got it.

The property was good, secure. After initial problems checking in the service was quick if we had other problems

Couldn't get checked in, stood in the cold for an hour trying to contact the check-in staff. When we got into the building the keypad to let us in the room did not work. Only 1 hand towel and one bath towel for the first week, there were 2 of us. Requested more than once for more were told they would be brought, never received them. There was no heating for three days, it's winter! Once we managed to get in the room, the room had not been cleaned when we checked in, there were dirty female sanitary products in a bag in the toilet. The linen had not been changed, we were called to be told this and that a cleaner was on the way. The room was cleaned and the lock fixed this was not immediate it took about 3 hours. During our stay on the 16th Oct the lock failed again, and we were locked out of our room. Had to wait on maintenance again to fix it. The room in the property was not the room we expected to be in.
