Comfortable and clean rooms with nice views. The pool, deck and patio bar were all well maintained and beautiful especially during the sunsets. Friendly and attentive staff especially in the restaurant and bar area.

5 years ago, Oct 17th 2020 we were married in Del Mar, and celebrated our love at your hotel during Covid. We revisit marked our 5th year, and was not disappointed. Thank you for the experience and see you soon 😊

good location/ clean/ ample parking space/ late room cleanup/ not totally pet friendly/ I need to sign a document making sure the dog is with us ALL the time/ sometimes we need to go places where we cannot bring the dog with us/ she is a small very well behaved dog

I loved my stay, everyone was very friendly and nice. Just a lil side note. Please enforce adult lap pool policy as many kiddos were very loud and it was hard to relax. Also the 2 bedroom suit could use a lil table. We wanted to play cards or have breakfast and couldn’t . The table in the patio was too small. Very clean room and welcoming.

Overall- my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean, wasn’t too noisey (considering it is across the street from LEGOLAND), great little gym, and great views (ocean / flower fields) from the adult pool. Biggest disappointment was the buffet breakfast @ $30 a head. I stay at Hiltons a lot- and the free breakfast I normally get would put this one to shame- which isn’t saying much. Powdered eggs, something they called a “chicken patty”, overcooked bacon and rubbery potatoes- the coffee was decent as was the fruit. However - everyone we encountered was excellent, professional and helpful. Do better on your breakfast Hilton- it would have been a 5 start stay.

We had a great time and the property definitely fulfilled all our needs. Great location and the staff we encountered were all superb. I love that the suites offered a seperate room for our kids. Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cassara Resort in Carlsbad and would stay there again in a heartbeat. The resort is very clean and the rooms are very nice. The staff is amazing and can solve all of the issues you may face. Food was outstanding at the resort restaurant and fair priced.

We are used to nicer establishments. We came for an offer associated with a time share seminar. The hotel is average. We did notice how dirty the property is. Spider webs covered all the wood lattice around the adult pool, and ALL the chair bottom frames around the spa. Garbage cans in parking garage were all full. A layer of mud accumulated around the drains in pool area due to the grounds work at flower farm. Room was average and did have wall damage near floor around tub. I guess this is what you get for a discounted stay for attending the time share seminar. We DID buy into the owner's program and hope we don't find same issues with future properties. Your property could use some maintenance. I understand it's difficult to find help (worker's) in today's world, but more could be done. Customer service was great when needed, which is usually always the case at most places. It's always the maintenance that gats the least looking after. Also, air vents in bathrooms and rooms get very little attention, and the one in our bathroom was a little disgusting. I am particularly picky about air vents, unlike most people. But this is an indicator to how well maintained the rest of property might be. Thank you, T. Tillis
