"Great place to stay and the lady was very helpful and got us more towels we asked."

There was no breakfast but the cooking facilities and pans, cutlery and crockery were excellent.

The coffee cups were on the small side and it would be great to have a sofa or two chairs to sit on instead of the bed. The location was nice and quiet. Family Mart just up the road and a great authentic restaurant too.

Lovely room/apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom with big double sink. Well equipped with kitchen equipment. It was great having a sofa and the place felt very homey and cozy. Good WiFi. Comfortable beds. Good location in Hakone with short walk to everywhere, even the hill up to it wasn’t too bad with our big backpacks, but it could be a struggle if you have mobility difficulties

The 4pm check in and 10am check out is a bit tight. At least make it 3pm/11am..
