Villa Atap Padi by Nagisa Bali

The manager- Mustika, housekeeping- Annie and driver Kartono, were very warm and welcoming to our family and even entertained the kids. Breakfast was sent promptly every day, they arranged vehicle for pick up and also massage services at night for the whole family, knowing we had to do the massage at 2 different timings so that we can feed the kids and take turns to take care of them. I also payment issues and was unable to prepay. Host was understanding and allowed us to pay upon check in and gave the manager contact to get in touch once we landed and on the way to the villa. Huge property and value for money! Worth

We could have been informed about the pool fence as we had 2 small kids with us. I only receive the email on our 2nd day there (and we had already swam in the morning)

Wonderful staff. Very helpful. Cooked breakfast every morning. Large, comfortable bed in each master. Convenient location for a great restaurant.

Not having a sink or kitchenette or facilities such as a tea towel, washing up liquid etc was inconvenient for our group. We were a family of 8 with adult children. The secondary bedrooms were small and cramped. We didn't feel like we had privacy from all the staff in the mornings.

Location was a bit far from the city centre, very rural area but beautiful scenery and a large and spacious property ,breakfast was a bit confusing to order but was very good host's were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything

It could have been quieter as there were chickens and roosters next door that were extremely noisy, but as most properties do have them it would be difficult to avoid any noise

lack of man power and housekeeping. also the breakfast quantity was very limited . for ex. 2 pieces of Papaya ( fruits) per person . That should not be limited . All other items were also limited .
