Great location

The black towel. Bright colours are much better. The electric kettle in my room and the one in the kitchen were too dirty. It should be routinely washed to avoid those brown stains sticking to it. Beside this, I had a great stay and very readily recommend the place to anyone.

Location was convenient. Room was large. Quiet.

The place and room felt grey and soul-less. The shared kitchens were not in a fit state for guests. The upstairs kitchen sink was blocked with gungy water, with a bowl of smelly washing up on the side. I spoke to SG Property Group the first afternoon, as I felt I could not prepare food in the kitchen (or the one downstairs). They assured me this was unusual and would sort it out. The next morning nothing had happened so I rang again, they reassured me that cleaners would be in the building that day and sort it out. When I returned that evening it was exactly the same except more washing up accumulating and the sink was empty of water but not cleaned. It was not only the shared kitchen facilities that were unclean - in my microwave was an encrusted bowl and fork, the bin had not been emptied and held an empty can of tuna, and the inside of the window glass was filthy. I will not be staying again.

Great location and did exactly what it says on the tin.

Private bathroom, fridge, microwave and kettle in the room. A short walk to Asda and Tesco. Many other places for food on the doorstep

Cant really think of anything negative. The room could take a while to warm up if you have been out all day, but everything about the room was great.
