Nice location by the water. Restaurant in the house.

Location was great

Our Room (8) was above the Dustbin area and hence a lot of insects iincöuding flies, beetles, wasps and mosquitos cane through the window although we opened the wibdow only for 1 hour in the mornings and evenings as the weather was hot. Therefore the insects disturbed us all nighr by flyibg around in the room. We showed it to the cleaning lady but she couldn't help much. She said she told this to the management, but no one bothered to come and check and help.

The property is easily accessible, somehow secluded in a good way. Checking in can be done online and with no waiting time.

I just hope they develop the area in front of the proper and provide some sitting areas along the river.

The keyless entrance is really convenient. The location is lovely, with an overview of the old town.

The only thing I would point out is the lack of an electric kettle in the room.

It is close to ferry terminal

That the restaurant staff doesn’t speak english

This is a nice place to stay the rooms are on the top floor some have nice views. They are clean and comfortable. You can cross to the main town by a small ferry or by bus and tram. It's peaceful with a nice terrace restaurant overlooking the river when the weather is good. The restaurant is run separately to the guesthouse, if you want to have breakfast you need to order in advance. Restaurant does large portions of decent food. There is a machine for hot drinks upstairs but no kettle in the rooms. You need to access your room by a code sent via booking.com

No staff on site so order breakfast in advance if you want it.

I had particulally asked for a ground floor room, the property dosn't have any ground floor rooms,no member of staff was avaliable to assist me,fortunatly the restaurant owner managed to contact someone to get me a room number,most un-profeshionable,needless to say I will not be reccomending Zum Aton.
