Nothing I had an extremely disappointing experience staying at this property. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that basic maintenance and guest care were completely lacking. The unit itself was in poor condition. There were unrepaired holes in the wardrobe door, the bathroom was mouldy, and several tiles were cracked—issues that clearly hadn’t been addressed for quite some time. It gives the impression that damage is simply ignored rather than properly repaired between stays. To make matters worse, I was asked to pay a $200 bond for potential damages, which felt unreasonable given the existing condition of the property. It raises serious concerns about how bonds are being handled when pre-existing issues are so obvious. The 24-hour check-in system was also a complete failure. It would not acknowledge my credit card no matter how I swiped it or how many times I tried, leaving me stuck outside with no assistance. There was no reception staff available, and I was actually locked out of the unit upon arrival. Messages sent to the property were never acknowledged, and even 24 hours later, there has still been no response. I genuinely thought I might have to sleep in my car. After making multiple phone calls, someone finally answered, but the lack of communication and support was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic customer service is simply DISGUSTING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The address advertised on the Booking.Com was the wrong suburb and luckily checked Apple Maps after getting lost on arrival in Hobart

The motel was fairly convenient for us and it was clean and fairly quiet.

Our bed was very uncomfortable and I found the room to be rather small for three adults.
