"Excellent"

Cereal, bread, etc available to make your own breakfast. It works for early starters. Decent WiFi. Self check in is easy. The owner sends you the entrance code on the day of arrival. Parking available at a small cost if heading away or offshore for a time. The place is very clean. Access to everything in the kitchen.

Not a negative, but the place is showing it's age now and could do with an upgrade. However, it is very clean and having stayed here a few times, I would recommend it, especially for offshore workers.

location was ideal for my requirements, price was excellent for a "No frills" level of accommodation, bed and room was clean and comfortable

Breakfast cereal although tagged as "brand name" was almost tasteless
