Easy access for work, good facilities, and clean room at a reasonable price I would stay again, and I definitely recommend them.

Prima locatie, fijn dat je de keuken zelf kon gebruiken en daar ook alle faciliteiten had die nodig waren. Dichtbij P&J, waar we voor een event kwamen, maar ook dichtbij station om naar Aberdeen te kunnen. Kamer was eenvoudig, maar voldeed aan onze verwachtingen.

This place really isn’t a B&B – you certainly won’t be getting breakfast. If you’re lucky, there might be milk and bread in the fridge, but there’s never any butter, so even toast is off the menu unless you like it dry. Cleanliness is generally fine, but the rooms vary a lot in terms of comfort. I’ve stayed here several times and can say that Rooms 3 and 5 are the best of the bunch. Room 4, however, is awful due to a bright green emergency exit light that stays on all night. The beds are poor, and the bedding is worse. The pillows are so old they feel like they’re stuffed with lumpy cotton balls. You’d think you get what you pay for, but even at the cheap rate, it still feels overpriced. It’s a shame, really — with a bit of TLC this could be somewhere worth recommending. As it stands, I’d suggest staying elsewhere.
