Nice place, front ladies very nice allways help me from the beginning to the end. A+ to this Hotel

Very clean hotel. Near airport and sport complex.

I stayed with a friend for two nights. Checked out this morning. I had an accessible room as I use a walker and my friend has mobility issues. I also have a placard for my car. I was frustrated when i returned from a concert last night to find no accessible parking spaces available. There are only 4-5 on the front side of the building. The lot was packed as I needed to park 5 rows from the building off the Cracker Barrel end of the building. Perhaps if someone is staying in an accessible room and is designated as such by the state, they should have the reassurance of one of these spots being assigned during their stay. Another option is to designate more parking spaces as accessible. Besides this, the stay was enjoyable and the staff professional and engaging.

The bathroom doors where damaged and broke off, very dangerous rooms had to be changed in 2 rooms since we were in a group of 3 rooms.

Lack of luggage carts and bedding was dirty.

Spacious and modern hotel with helpful staff and decent breakfast choice

Close to the airport. It's about an 8-minute drive. Cracker Barrel is right next door, so there is an option to walk to for dinner. Gas station with a store in front of hotel, so other food options. Bed, bathroom, kichenette area were clean and plenty of storage.

The hallway rugs had debris on them. They needed to be vacuumed and were that way when we checked in and stayed that way until we left. The room carpets and couches need a deep cleaning.
