곤경에 처한 고객을 최선을 다해주는 직원이 있습니다. 2/17 끄라비에서 피피가는 페리를 타야하는데 픽업차량이 안왔어요. 플랫폼인 마이리틀트립의 무책임한 처리로 결국 페리를 못탔는데 마이리틀트립 대신 호텔직원이 페리회사에 몇번이나 전화해서 알아봐줬어요. 그 직원분 없었더라면 정말 곤란했을거억요. 직원들이 고객들에게 관심이 없다는 후기들을 봤는데, 막상 고객이 도움이 필요할 때는 열심히 도와줍니다! 2026.2.17 프론트 근무한 직원분 너무 감사했습니다. 끄라비해변에서는 거리가 있지만 대신 가성비가 좋습니다. 설연휴 극극성수기에 그나마 정직한 가격으로 숙박비 책정한 호텔인것 같아요.

방이 없어서 이틀을 각각 다른 방에 투숙했는데 저예산더블룸 컨디션이 훨씬 좋았습니다. 이틀째 날 더 비싼방으로 옮겼는데 너무 낡고 구조도 이상해서 불편했어요.

My room was way too small, dirty, the staff didn’t come not even once to clean, many things in my room were broken like the toilet door.Too expensive for why they offered!!!

Pool was very nice and the room was very clean

Room was dirty, smelt like sewage, beds were rock hard, cleaner never came in the 3 nights we were there. Had to ask for new towels and toilet roll. Pool was filthy and 6 sunbeds for the whole building
