Perfect location, well-furnished, responsive host 👏

Guests need to be rather fit to climb four stories with luggage :) 💪 Arrival was not coordinated perfectly - apartment and garage keys were missing from agreed location, so we had to wait about 30 minutes before we could enter. However, response was prompt after receiving my messages/calls. 👍

The staff was very helpful, in organizing parking and other requests. The apartment is big and spacious, located in the center of Riva del Garda.

4th floor with no elevator. Apart from that, no complaints 😊

I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room as the cleaning staff left dirty towels and pillows for us. When we requested a change, they did not fulfill our request.
