Staff was very friendly, the location was good, the staff was great when the guess upstairs from us was being very noisy

Only one elevator worked, the pool was too small, the restaurant menu was not available online, the apps on the TV should have been added with the stay. And the should have explained about the hidden shade in the room. I had to call for curtains to find out about the shades

The indoor pool, the look of the property & the underground parking garage.

Beds weren’t that comfortable to me & bathroom door didnt slide all the way close in my opinion. I also didnt like having to pay separate for breakfast.
