I loved how clean and organized it was and staff was great and such a great location with a hospital and gas station as well as restaurants near by

The spa was unfortunately not working but heated pool was amazing

"Disappointing stay with multiple service and maintenance issues."

The hotel’s location was convenient and easy to access. The common areas were generally clean and the property appeared well maintained at first glance.

Check-in at 1:30 AM took a long time due to an issue at the front desk. I had booked a King Room but was assigned a two-queen accessible room instead. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom, the shower head was broken and leaking, and the jacuzzi was completely empty without any prior notice, which was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

"Comfortable, clean, quiet but could be mildly cheaper when you stay often as I do."

I love the safety and comfort.

Room 215 the seal around the tiles are broken in the entry way and in front of the closest. They nearly come completely out of place. Thought I was going to fall multiple times when I would forget and step on the tiles.

The hot tub was empty and under maintenance When I arrived at check in …. I wasn’t able to check in for 20 min waiting for cleaning to have a room available
