부모님과 같이 썼는데도 꽤 만족스러움 따뜻한 물 나오는데 시간 걸린다고 하는데 솔직히 그렇게 오래 걸리지 않음 직원분 굉장히 친절하심 부모님말로는 조명이 어두워서 조금 불편하다고 하셨음

The room was more spacious than most rooms I've had in Japan. Great for 3-4 people. The room was clean, the provided amenities were great. I liked the shampoo and skincare samples. The staff was very responsive by email. They let us bring our luggages before check-in and kept them after check-out until maximum 3:30pm.

The rooms aren't very sound proof. It's easy to hear the neighboring rooms. The beds were not the most comfortable.

交通方便，鄰近博多運河城，捷田神社，附近又有max value，步行可至天神

　1泊だけさせていただきました。お部屋も綺麗で、掃除も行き渡っており、タオルやパジャマも置いてくださっていて満足でした。チェックイン、チェックアウトも非常にスムーズで、近くにコンビニがあり、地下鉄の駅もあるのでとても便利だと思います。 　本当に素晴らしいホテルですが、一つだけ許せない点があります。それはwifiです。全く繋がらず、テレワークの予定があったのですが、wifi環境が整っておらず渋々、自身の携帯のモバイルを繋ぎ行いました。無料Wi-Fiと書いているのに全く使えないのはおかしいと思います。どうにかして改善をするべきだと思います。 　

Cozy, cute, comfortable, and convenient. It is a small space, but everything you need for a relaxing, good nights sleep.

家族旅行で利用しました。満足です。

The experience is great. Room is clean and well equipped. It is also prepared with ample towels, bathing needs, and hair dryers.

위치가 좋았구요.. 룸컨디션은 아이들과 네명쓰기 적당했어요 따뜻한물이 늦게나오는것빼곤.. 만족합니다
