Awesome!

The front desk staff was super friendly!! Hope was amazing !!!

Elevators were both non functioning

It is a nice hotel. The beds were great, the breakfast was warm and tasty. The only real complaint I had is that the bathroom doors are barn door style, so they don't seal shut or lock, there are always gaps. When you're traveling with kids sharing what's in the bathroom with everyone outside the bathroom isn't super desireable

This was a beautiful place. Rooms were very large and comfortable. I would stay here again. We did not get a chance to check out the pool. It was part of the mall area parking lot, which was mostly closed down on that side, so it felt like an empty area, but there was stuff closer by on the other side of the mall.

Everything was perfect

We had a very nice overnight stay. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.

Spoke with Sam at the front desk regarding large balls of "body" hair and trash in the pool. He used lots of profanity and said that he knew the pool was bad but not that bad. He spoke incredibly negatively about the poor training from management and being stuck on weekends dealing with slimy guests always trying to pull "sh*t" on him. I was shocked at the unprofessional language used towards a guest. My family and I were traveling with our 4 kids for 2 days from where my active duty Air Force husband is stationed and where I work as a general manager at a hotel. I went back to our room and checked it and found long hairs and more "body" hair in the bathroom, on the door, and in the beds. We found big gobs of food and the floor was crunchy. Went to the desk and were told that there were no other rooms and that with the school graduations the other hotels were sending people out of town. We were told Sam talked to Raquel the AGM and she had said to give us fresh linens and comp the room. The next morning we confirmed visually in their logbook that she had authorized a refund. We called today, 5 days later, and I was told by Raj the GM, we stayed so no refund I told him all of the details and offered the photos and he said no that we stayed. I told him that we stayed because of his AGM and he said try booking.com but they never give refunds. I was shocked at the behavior. I understand the third party booking policies, but they said that they would initiate it and explain for us. It's clear that the management is as bad as the profanity the front desk clerk used to describe them. If you don't mind other people's hair and food, then you'll love this location. Spoke with Hilton customer service and they gave a refund due to the poor management. Two thumbs down to the GM Raj for his poor management and lack of accountability due to his staff.
