Staff is friendly. Property clean and rooms are spacious.

Pool was closed and out of order. Would like to go container for breakfast as I was trying to leave quickly.

I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties over the years and have always had great experiences — until now. Unfortunately, my stay at the Home2 Suites in Eau Claire was the first time I’ve ever received such poor service from a Hilton brand. During my stay, there was loud and unruly behavior in the middle of the night that the hotel failed to properly address. After a restless night, I politely asked for a late checkout so I could get a bit of rest before driving the next day. The front desk was short and dismissive, saying only that they had “given out enough late checkouts.” There was no explanation, no courtesy, and certainly no empathy for the situation. I was simply told, “Be out at 11.” It’s disappointing to see this level of customer service from a Hilton property. I would recommend choosing another hotel in the area and staying here only if absolutely necessary.

Clean, spacious, modern

Bed was slightly on the firm side but that is only my preference

We stayed one night and wished we could have stayed longer, very spacious, nice hotel with comforts of home. Way more than needed, kitchen equipped with real plates/silverware, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. Very clean, great location near the freeway, yet quiet. Nice toiletries, but no body lotion. ( noticed because I forgot mine). The only issue we had was the sliding barn door type bathroom door. Every time it was slid closed, it slid back open all the way. Shove a washcloth under the sliding bathroom door for privacy if yours doesn't stay shut. Breakfast was adequate, plates/ silverware are stored on shelves under the counter the food is served on. I don't think their is a food warmer though, seemed to be just lights, my food was pretty lukewarm to cool. Eggs, sausage, hash browns, cereal, spinach filled biscuits, fruits, coffee, juice, etc.
