Direct bij aankomst werd gevraagd of ze voor mij de sauna moesten aanzetten.

Het dekbed van de dik en dus te warm voor mij. Beter is 2 diktes te verstrekken.

Fitnessraum und Sauna waren TOP

Wenn man als Gast ein eiskaltes Zimmer im Charme der 80/90 Jahre , etwas muffig, bevorzugt , ist man hier genau richtig..Ich verstehe nicht, das trotz verbindlicher Buchung, die Heizung vorab nicht angemacht werden kann. Um 20:30Uhr schliesst dann schon Fitness und Sauna was für einen dienstreisenden viel zu früh ist. Das interssiert scheinbar keinen, da auch beim auschecken nicht gefragt wird ob alles OK war.
